- 1 pound uncooked chicken, sliced into thin strips
- 1½ cups Plain Yogurt (Clover Organic Plain Yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- Salt and pepper
- Combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and spices in a small bowl.
- Thinly slice the chicken, then cover in yogurt mixture. Best flavor if you marinade for 1-2 hours.
- Place chicken strips on skewers and grill chicken until done.
